The inability to retain clinicians contributes to persistent shortages of Early Intervention (EI) providers, impacting states’ ability to provide mandated services to young children and families with disabilities. However, little is known regarding factors that affect provider retention. This study seeks to identify factors that impact the retention of the EI workforce.
