Insufficient referral and participation in Early Intervention (EI) services are common among children aged birth to 3 years. Yet, there’s limited understanding of referral practices by pediatricians and Part C EI personnel. This presentation presents findings from a mixed-method study on referral practices and improvement recommendations.
