Due to the limited training and support provided to in-service educators, there is a heightened risk that young students with disabilities in school settings may not receive the high-quality instruction they require. To fill this gap, this poster shows how the DC Education agency is developing actionable strategies through cohorts of online learning and micro-credentials.
