Division for Early Childhood 2024 Conference

This session will highlight how leadership can be developed, nurtured, and coached in all ECSE practitioners. Leadership must also be viewed as an ongoing process to positive outcomes for young children (0-8) and their families and building capacity in practitioners. These efforts can also contribute to fostering equity and inclusive practices in the field.
