Division for Early Childhood 2024 Conference

This poster details the process used to adopt the DEC EI/ECSE Personnel Standards for use in Oregon. Supporting guidance examples were developed for each standard to reflect and respond to Oregon’s unique needs with a focus on equity and inclusion. The supporting guidance examples incorporated feedback from families, practitioners, administrators, and community partners.
