This study investigates EI provider retention in Washington State, recognizing its crucial role in quality supports. Utilizing a mixed-methods design, surveys integrated with qualitative interviews explore factors impacting satisfaction and retention. Findings unpack challenges, give recommendations for retention, and provide a model for states to examine their workforce.
