This presentation will showcase innovative approaches to early intervention (EI) preparation programs that can be implemented to prepare EI providers. We will discuss (a) reimagining EI personnel preparation to include critical multicultural and bilingual education, culturally sustaining practices, and (b) using a conceptual framework to prepare equity-minded EI providers.
