Research indicates ECSE teachers are unprepared to aid trauma-exposed children despite their heightened risk of learning disabilities and overrepresentation in SpEd. This poster will demonstrate the results of qualitative interviews and observations of ECSE teachers. Findings emphasize the importance of teacher education and lived experiences in enhancing preparedness.
