A Before & After Story: Professional Development to Engage Adult Learners

Participants will consider what each of Knowles Adult Learning Principles look like in practice. Presenters will share the first-hand experience of moving from “sit & get” training, to using engaging strategies, as well as the data collected to determine effectiveness and impact. Participants will share their own strategies to expand everyone's bank of ideas.
