This literature review examines U.S. research (2016-2023) on the inclusion of infants and toddlers with disabilities in childcare. Analyzing 10 studies reveals a gap between known benefits and practice. It underscores the need for improved education, funding, and policy to enhance collaboration and effective partnerships. Suggestions for future research are discussed.
