Division for Early Childhood 2024 Conference

This session will present a training model conducted at a large public urban university focused on building a diverse workforce through collaboration between ECSE teachers and BCBAs. A description of the program and quantitative and qualitative data will be presented along with implications for interdisciplinary collaboration and program improvement.
