Communities of Practice (CoPs) can promote networking, skill building, and innovation. We will discuss the importance of establishing group norms as one way of fostering accountable, equitable virtual environments for all participants. Using an equity mindset, practical application within DEC CoPs and other meetings spaces will be explored.
