Conversations about equity and diversity occur daily with a variety of individuals, from colleagues, to families, to children. Often times these conversations are anxiety inducing and can create an environment that feels unwelcoming to some. We will focus on effective ways to engage in difficult conversations and develop strategies to create inclusive environments.
