Janet has worked in the field of early childhood since 1993. She has been a developmental therapist in Indiana’s Early Intervention program (First Steps), a Bureau of Child Development Services State Program Consultant, developed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of an Early Head Start Program in Indiana and for the past 11 years has been a research associate at the Early Childhood Center at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University. She is passionate about early childhood education and love to create innovative strategies and problem solve with other early childhood educators to promote positive outcomes for all young children and families.
