Dr. Kendall Lee serves as the Director of the Infant and Toddler Connection (ITC) of the Heartland and HIPAA Compliance Officer at Longwood University in Farmville, VA. Dr. Lee is responsible for the oversight of the ITC; the area’s early intervention program serving clients birth to three with developmental delays and disabilities. His expertise includes ensuring that all providers, internal and/or external, are following all federal and state requirements and providing early intervention services. As the HIPAA Compliance Officer, Dr. Lee is responsible for Longwood´s HIPAA compliance program by monitoring HHS´ and the state´s regulatory requirements.
