Nora Bryant joined the Training and Technical Assistance Center (T/TAC) at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2022 as an Early Childhood Program Specialist where she provides technical assistance and professional development to school divisions across the state. She received her undergraduate degree in special education from James Madison University, and later earned her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to joining VCU T/TAC, she was an early childhood special education teacher for 20 years, serving as a classroom teacher, teacher mentor, itinerant teacher, and diagnostician. Nora also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Richmond in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies’ Curriculum and Instruction program. She is passionate about supporting teacher growth and development, and ensuring that all children have access to a quality early childhood education experience.
