Shally Moua, Ed.D., serves as a Program Specialist specializing in preschool special education. With a robust background as a credentialed Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) specialist, she brings eight years of classroom teaching experience to her current role in Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD). Her expertise in early childhood special education enables her to effectively support teachers, parents, and young learners with disabilities by fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment. Dr. Moua is dedicated to promoting the development of all children, particularly those with disabilities, ensuring they receive the resources and opportunities necessary to thrive.
