Perspectives on Leadership in EI and ECSE: Insights from Educators

The following mixed method study investigated EI and ECSE perspectives on teacher leadership (i.e., knowledge, skills, and beliefs). Participants shared their teacher leadership experiences, perceived support, and barriers. Presenters will overview results while discussing implications for practice and future research.

PRRFCT Match: A Parent-Mediated Intervention with Virtual Coaching

Becoming Anti-Racist: Using Cultural Humility to Address Implicit Bias
