Perspectives on Leadership in EI and ECSE: Insights from Educators

The following mixed method study investigated EI and ECSE perspectives on teacher leadership (i.e., knowledge, skills, and beliefs). Participants shared their teacher leadership experiences, perceived support, and barriers. Presenters will overview results while discussing implications for practice and future research.

Promoting Reciprocal Relationships with Flexibility, Coaching, and Teaching: (PRRFCT Match) is a parent-mediated intervention package to increase engagement and reciprocity between dyads of parents and young children with developmental delays.
