Nurul, a speech therapist by training, currently serves as the Head of Program Development in an early intervention service within a social service agency. Passionate about family-centered practices, she is committed to developing solutions that create a meaningful and lasting impact. Known for prioritizing growth, both personally and within her team, Nurul is always eager to challenge herself—particularly by learning more about and integrating research into her work for greater results. Collaboration, whether local or across borders, energizes her.
On the lighter side, Nurul refers to herself as a "gym hamster"—proteins always come first! When not at work or the gym, she enjoys precious moments with her two children, hoping to raise them as individuals who bring joy to the world around them.
